2. Description of Service

Debt AI Pro is an AI-powered financial tool that helps users manage debt, optimize cash flow, and build personalized payoff strategies using the velocity banking method. The Service includes debt tracking, budget management, strategy simulations, and educational content. Debt AI Pro is not a financial advisor, lender, or credit counseling service.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
• One person may not maintain more than one active account.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Subscription & Billing

• Free tier users have access to limited features as described on the pricing page.
• Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or annually at the rate displayed at signup.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the next billing cycle.
• Refunds are available within 14 days of initial purchase if you have not substantially used the Service.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days advance notice to existing subscribers.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to violate any regulations.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service.
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to access the Service without permission.
• Share your account credentials with others or allow unauthorized access.

• Misrepresent your identity or impersonate another person.

We are not responsible for any financial losses resulting from actions taken based on information provided by the Service.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, algorithms, designs, and code within the Service are owned by Debt AI Pro and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without written permission.

8. Data & Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection, use, and storage of your data as described therein. You retain ownership of your financial data and may export or delete it at any time.

9. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or due to circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any losses arising from service interruptions.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Debt AI Pro and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

You may close your account at any time through your Profile settings or by contacting support. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if required by law. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, and your data will be handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New York County.
